Branding Photography For Your Business

Thinking about professional photographs to showcase your business? Find out more about working with me to turn your vision into reality.

So you're thinking about having some professional photographs taken for your business? This blog will tell you a bit more about the type of branding shoots I offer, your photoshoot journey with me and a couple of tips on how to make the most of your professional photographs.

I know how hard you've worked hard on your business to get where you are now, so its time to show the world the unique personality of you and your business, making a lasting impression with your photographs.

Planning

Once your photoshoot has been booked, I will send you a short questionnaire so that I can get to know you and your business a little better. Once this has been completed, I will arrange a call with you to chat about your answers and any questions or queries you may have about your photoshoot.

What to wear?

I always advise bringing two outfits to your photoshoot, your uniform and something a little more relaxed. This means that we get capture you at work, but also you as a person. This will be discussed in more detail on our phone call.

Models;

Life happens, so if your model needs to cancel, make sure you have a back up model for the day of the shoot.

On the day.

On the day of the shoot I usually start with the star of the show - You! I'll take a mix of indoor and outdoor headshots photographs, weather permitting. When your models arrive I'll take some photographs of you interacting with them, from consultation photographs, right though to you working with them and aftercare. I use creative direction throughout the photoshoot, capturing real moments as opposed to images that look staged or forced.

I'll photograph any products you have, or specialist equipment you use. Taking a mix of portrait and landscape photoqraphs, some with negative space which leaves room for any text you may want to layer over the photograph for social media or leaflets/posters.

Pre-photoshoot nerves

I know this is easy for me to say, but please don't feel nervous about having your photographs taken, this is your time to reflect on how much hard work you have put into your business. It's your time to proudly show the world your amazing skills and what your business can bring to other people.

After the photoshoot I will upload your photographs onto a password protected gallery so you can choose your favourites from home. Once chosen, your photographs will be edited and emailed over to you.

Tips.
