‘The Six Core Values of Nicola Pass Photography’ is a thoughtful foundation that I have created to ensure every person who books a photoshoot with me receives the highest level of care, professionalism, and creativity. These values are at the heart of what I do, guiding every part of the experience—from our first conversation to the moment you hold your treasured photographs in your hands.

1) Mission and Purpose;

It’s deeply important to me that every client enjoys a warm, engaging, and positive journey with Nicola Pass Photography—from the very first enquiry to the final delivery of your images. My goal is to create photographs that not only capture the present moment, but become lasting memories—treasured by you and your loved ones for generations to come.

2) Empathy, Compassion & Wellbeing: Adults & Children.

The emotional impact of photographs. I am committed to always having a good understanding of how photographs can effect our emotions and ensuring that my work always has a positive impact on my clients and their families.

• To photograph with patience, empathy, and without judgement at all times.

  
  

• Photography is and has always been subjective. It is my job to photograph as accurately as I can showing the unique and beautiful personalities of the people I am photographing.

  
  

• Nervous clients: To recognise and understand when a person feels nervous in front of a camera. Using techniques that will help them to relax and enjoy the experience of having their photograph taken.

• Wellbeing of Children & Babies:

The wellbeing of children are my upmost priority during their photoshoot with me. I am committed to ensuring they have a positive experience during their photoshoot. Leaving with only good and positive memories of our time together.

My newborn shoots have been purposely created with enough time to stop for cuddle and feeding breaks. This is to ensure that the babies I photograph feel comfortable and safe at all times throughout the photoshoot.

3) Story Telling.

• To capture the beauty and changes that happen as you grow your family - Uncovering fleeting moments, and preserving them forever.

  
  

• Every photograph tells a story, its my job to tell my clients story through the photographs I take. Creating beautiful images that become a visual language, where emotions, thoughts and expereinces are preserved.

  
  

• My work is about capturing authentic images that tell my clients individual and unique story. I am committed to uncovering the beauty of every day life with my clients, so they can cherish these precious moments forever.

3) Environmental Impacts - Being kind to our planet.

It is my priority that my business has a positive impact on our planet.

Green Spaces:

Being respectful to the green spaces I visit with my clients. Leaving the area as we found it, taking any rubbish with us or using bins provided.

To use environmentally friendly ways of communicating with my clients through digital means.

Packaging:

• Prints will be sent using recyclable packaging, whilst still ensuring they arrive in perfect condition.

• Recycling all waste created for running my business correctly - for example : paper, batteries etc.

• Less plastic use - In 2025 I will be reducing the amount of plastic products sold from my online print shop.

  
  

Print & Digital Image quality.

Nicola Pass Photography is committed to providing her clients with high quality prints, that will last for a significant amount of time if cared for correctly. Each print comes with a print care guide.

Digital images are edited to the highest standard, each download comes with a print guide to ensure that my clients have an awareness of how to get the most out of their digital files.
